A little bit about homeopathy
Homeopathy is a natural, safe system of medicine which stimulates the body's own innate ability to heal itself.
Homeopathic medicines are traditionally called remedies and are made from the natural world, rebalancing the patient to bring about a gentle process of healing.
Homeopathy is based on tried and tested principles applied for over 200 years and is currently used by over 450 million people around the world.
Homeopathic remedies can be taken safely at the same time as conventional medicines.

I do face to face consultations and also offer video calls. I have many patients outside of London and in other countries so am used to working in this way.
I offer consultations on WhatsApp, Zoom or Facetime. Wherever possible, I would prefer at least one face to face.

Where are we?
Homeopaths are interested in what makes you unique. No two people have the same symptoms, even if they catch the same virus. This is because each of us have our own susceptibility which we express in our own unique way, just as we express emotional reactions, thought processes, attractions and aversions. Homeopaths need to understand these things so that we can find a remedy that best fits you.

The process of healing can be a long one. Most of us have spent half of our lives becoming ill, therefore it is unreasonable to expect to get well in a matter of weeks. This is why we recommend patients to come for at least three consultations to give themselves a real opportunity to benefit from the remedies.

Before coming to your appointment, please download the family medical history form and email it or bring it to the consultation. This helps me understand your complaint and it helps you to begin thinking about your state of health and the susceptibilities you have inherited from your own family's medical history.
